Installing WB5 Problem

Well, I recently downloaded the free trail of WB5 and I've been having some complications installing it. After It is completely downloaded it prompts for a restart. So, I hit restart and it restarts the computer. When Everything loads again, nothing happens to WB5 so I go and double click on the icon again and it brings up the restart window again. I hit the 'Use Additional Process' option and hit accept and all it nothing happens. So I would really appreciate if someone could help me out. Thanks
