Icons apperaing small

HI,
Im using icon packager 3.1 in win vista
Whenever i enlarge the desktop icons it increases but the picture in it remains same size.
I mean to say something like this

Here u can c that "my computer" image is small even though i increased the size whereas "Recyclebin" is big.
How do i increase the size of that pc picture in that my computer to equal the size like that of the recyclebin.
Secondly how do i change the rest of icons, excluding Mycomputer and Recycle bin.
I did in properties.

IconX is not Vista-ready yet. And I have the same problem in Vista.

2nd rightclick & select properties.....or use IconX or use Object Dock
