What programs?  What skins?
Post your system info from the WB config please.

All these are required if we are to help.

I never had any problems when I downloaded WB... I did however notice some changes when I installed it. None negative though.

Open your Windowblinds configuration by double-clicking the icon in the system tray.

Select "view my system information".

Copy and paste that info here.

Which program(s) are jumping? If it's FireFox, try unchecking the Bookmarks Toolbar. View/Toolbars - Bookmark Toolbar

You could also try adding easycleaner to the non-skinned programs by selecting Change the look of a particular application (in the WindowBlinds Configuration screen) and clicking Add per application setting - find the exe for easycleaner and select Total exclusion.

I think that's what I suggested.
