Icon Request for Object Dock

Hi,
I have no experience making icons so that's why i'm asking for one.
I would like to have, please, an icon for a professional dictionnary named Termium in the .png format (for Object Dock plus). Here is a link to a .jpg image I made from the original low-resolution icon : http://img46.imageshack.us/img46/1019/termiumdv9.jpg
I would like to have a high-resolution icon from this image. Thank to respond as soon as possible and please send me the icon at the following email adress when finished : [email protected]
