Windowblinds 4 and 5

As Treetog has not updated Sputnik for WB5,could i install WB4 into another folder?.
The mouseover in programs menu is messed up in WB5 as is the title bar in IE7(i've gone back to IE6!)
My solution is to uninstall and reinstall depending on my fancy but its a load of messing.
I know i'm on a loser here but i'm asking anyway.
