Accounts and product downloads

I have never had to go through so many gyrations just to download a product. I ordered the new Object Desktop, got the email to go download Stardock Central, but when I checked, all that was there in the update menu was old OD stuff from a few years ago. I could not change the address info in my old account, so I made a new one, even associated the two accounts, but Stardock Central STILL doesn't want to recognize the new one (under a new email address) OR the association evidently. Must we make this so complicated??? Why do we have to have seperate accounts for Wincustomize and Stardock?? How can we change the address information on the old account? Is it available to wipe ALL accounts and just start over? Meanwhile, I'm out of the purchase price of the new OD. I have sent an email to your sales to cancel the purchase. Awaiting your 365 page manual on how to set up the 134 different accounts that it takes to participate on Wincustomize AND order products from Stardock....

EDIT: OK.....Rant over. I was finally able to get into the "right" account and download the product. I guess it takes awhile for the server to cough up the details.
