How to skin all windows

Friday, February 23, 2007 by oneeyeguy | Discussion: New Users

I downloaded desktop x and downloaded some of the popular free themes. But I was disappointed to find when I installed them that the other windows in my computer were unchanged. The programs menu, internet explorer, all folder menus, and windows are still the boring grey skin that comes by default. But the desktop is changed and looks great. How do I get the rest of my windows skins to look like the desktop X themes that I downloaded, do I need another program? Why Do the Themes only skin the desktop and not the windows toolbars? I am using windows XP SP2. Any Help?

You need Windowblinds to skin the stuff your talking about. Desktop X is a desktop replacement program, not a skinning program.
