Progress Bar Behaviour

Ok... So I made a progress bar (in windows blinds), and I get two different results.
The bottom one is what it's supposed to look like, and it works perfectly like that in the bottom corner of firefox as it loads a page. The top one is the one i need to fix, which appears when copying files, etc. I'm new, and dont know which settings to change. Somebody enlighten me!
