How long?

how long should a loop be?

so i was making a dream and this question popped up....how long should a loop be? 3-5 mins?...thanks in advance

A 3 to 5 minute loop is going to be gargantuan. I don't want to have a 5GB loop on my system unless it is a HD, high-speed, low-drag, Pixar-developed Journey through the Solar System and Beyond (would still be a very short Journey).    A 15 second wmv loop can run you around 25 to 35mb, depending on the content.

lol...i see how that could be a problem....well my movie is already made really, all i want to find out now is to know what frame-rate to use so i can re-render and not kill peoples CPU's
thanks bistro i guess ill do a 15 second one.
