Object Desktop and XP and Vista dualboot

I'm getting ready to install Vista on my XP computer and have it setup for DualBoot. I have a legal subscription to Stardock's ObjectDesktop and Wincustomize. Can I legally install ObjectDesktop and Wincustomize on XP and Vista if they're on the same computer in a dualboot configuration, or do I need to purchase a second subscription?
