Right click on teh systray icon and choose Edit desktop menu
in the left panel select Popup menu and click the add button
{a new menu editor will appear}
Edit the name in the upper right to be ODNT or whatever
Select Link (Shortcut or URL) and add it
{A new window will appear}
Enter the name of the app in the top field
Click to browse for the app
Click OK
Reoeat for all apps
Or, create a folder somewhere (maybe in My Documents)
Drag shortcuts of the apps you want there
Then, instead of selecting to add a link, and a Folder Menu (e.g. Programs)
Instead of clicking the browse button for a file, choose "Browse for folder"
Browse to your folder, done deal
Simple enough?
