CursorXP not starting

For some reason my cursorXP is not starting when I log on. Normally it was one of the first startups to run. The program still appears in my "run" registry. This seems to have started after a recent WindowBlinds update. Has anyone experienced anything similar?

I thought Clearing the Cache was directed towards DesktopX does it pertain to CursorXP also? Just wondering. Are you sure you don't have CursorXP disabled LanceNapier? Have you tried checking the CXP configuration? If CursorXP is enabled and set to autoload then sometimes the only solution is to unload windowblinds after you select a standard windows theme (the first 2 on the left) and rebooting. The beta versions of windowblinds sometimes cause some hangups on some systems. You can also try just logging off and then logging on and seeing if that clears up the problem, this one has worked for me very often in solving startup related problems.

i believe it does. at least i have come to no harm deleting that puppy before.
all those folders are doing i believe is just keeping your current local theme settings for which ever program.

I cleared the cache. After loging back in, it did not rebuild and still no cursor. My run registry has the following: C:\Program Files\CursorXP\cursorXP.exe and if I run it I can see it start in the task manager, but something causes it to stop running. No cache was rebuilt. If I access the cursor XP tab via the control panel mouse applet, things look strange... My current cursor theme does not display any of the cursors (normal, busy, etc.) If I pick another theme (and/or repick the one theme I'd like to start-up with) and apply.... only then does cursorXP start working. The "disable all" checkbox in the cursorXP applet is not checked. I don't know of any other way to disable cursor XP.

you're not hitting ctrl+alt+c are you?
have you tried clearing the cache?
Clearing the Cache 101 (if needed)
