Could I add a text file with a boot skin?

Hey everyone, I just have a very quick question. I read the Guidelines for posting but want to know whether it's O.K to add a text file with a boot skin.See the picture for more help, or if it was unclear, then visit its link : Picture's Link

111MoE111 ...the most important part of making a 'good' boot is to ensure the image choice and dither method gives the 'best' boot image quality possible within the limitations of a 16 colour palette.
Generally you'll find that image choice/dither problems will actually slow down boot mass-production.
Image quality is preferable to image quantity....

Is it just an image your posting. If so, use imageshack or something. The link says that you have exceeded your monthly bandwidth.

Yes, it's OK to include a text file, eg a permission.txt file when using another's images, etc....no dramas.
But...
When linking to an image here as this one is....make it a jpg, not bmp.....it's way too 'heavy'....
