How to fix widget

Seing red not

I use the GT3 colorpicker and there seems to be a problem with it. It isn't seeing the colors correctly. Red is seen as white or another value altogether. Is there a way to fix this. I'd appreciate any input...thanks.

Are you trying to hover over something on your desktop that has slight transparency ? Because if you do , all color pickers wont see the correct color...

I use Pixie Picker from nattyware - I like it...

When I'm in mspaint I hover over the palette on the red. It should read 255,0,0. Instead it reads as white 255, 255, 255. Can you provide a link for nattyware? I'd like to give that a shot.

Hey, Mr. Uvah sometimes these colorpickers have a habit of picking a hidden color that's on a background that's no longer visible.

try mine is a standalone widget no need DX.

Vista Aero Blue...what a fantastic theme. I'm using it now with my second wall.BTW...I got pickled pixies.

The Wallpaper that is in Picture on WC is a wallpaper make on base of a Ccarina's photography. bright than sunshine

Thanks dude. Got both the mouse and pickled pixie, pardon the pun, Pixie Picker up and running at the same time. I don't know where pickled came from. Maybe it was after I unzipped it and then named the folder I put it in pickled by mistake, a typo. Both of them are great and do exactly what they're supposed to. I won't choose between them though. They kind of compliment each other. Thanks again for the sharing. I'm going after the wall now.

Pixie Picker was one that I believe BoXXi posted a while back - I use that , its quick for what I need it for. If you want to get fancy, here's a Colour Picker that Koasati Posted around the same time...it has more..
