Logon Screen editing.

How do I create/edit logon screens with the splash sceens, and all that?
I can do it with Logon Studio, but It's only that crappy (no offence to those that like them) thing edited one with the Windows default logon screen.

you can use my 'Pimp my Dubbya Beeeee logon" as a starting point if you like.
Just change the graphics and text colors.

I would I.R but I don't have enough ram, with all the other stuff I have, to use Adobe PS, without lagging.
