Cursor XP & Windows Vista

Wednesday, February 7, 2007 by Gregory2001 | Discussion: Windows Vista

I just installed Windows Vista Ultimate and I seem to have one problem. My cursor continues to "wait" off and on every few seconds. Does anybody know what would make this happen? Thanks.

From what I know, Cursor XP and Vista won't get along nicely. There's a Cursor Vista in development that should do the trick, but it won't be out for awhile yet.

It's kind of funny . . but I may not upgrade to Vista untill all of ODNT is ready.  That says a lot about SD.

CursorXP is not a part of ODNT anyway

Basically, this is the category of tools that takes the most work and modification to work on a new version of windows (or any MAJOR new version of any OS) right next to drivers - system modification tools. Tools like stardock produces work at quite a low level, and so they get tripped up easy by new versions.

Those who say there have been no significant changes in Vista should consider why so much software quit working... oh wait - they are saying MS did it on purpose, hm? Yeah, that
