Gal Civ II update problems

I am having issues with the latest updates for gal civ II. it includes the multimedia, movies, tutorials. The installation is failing in stardock central for all of these available updates. Theses aare the listed available updates:

Movies for Galactic Civilizations II ver. 1.0.016
Multimedia for Galactic Civilizations II ver. 1.0.044
Tutorials for Galactic Civilizations II ver. 1.0.017

Thanks for any help on this. From the log files, it appears that it may not be seeing my credentials correctly although they are correct.

UPDATE ** This was apparently an issue with wincustomize. There must be a lot of things going on since the site update as my wincustomize browser doesn't work well at all. Most of the libraries update very sporadically, and many times the downloads fail. I must say that i do regret buying the wincustomize subscription mainly to get the browser. I own most of the Stardock apps and have for quite some time. The wc browser doesn't come close to the excellent software that i have grown accustomed to from Stardock. Oh well, back to more gal civ.................

At the moment the WC Browser and Stardock central have been deactivated for gallery and discussion while some infrastructure changes are being made.  There was an announcement made in the forums.

Sorry for the inconvieniance.  At least you can still go to the web and get all the same content (if delivered differently).
