Downloading and Skin rating

I like the way the site looks, clean and crisp. Though the search capabilities are extremely limited compared to the way the site looked way back in the old days.
My issue is with the download button and the skin rating. I have unintentionally rated skins with a low rating because of the location of these two features. Someone need to move the skin rating to a lower traffic area on the page.

That would probably be the easiest solution. I'll make a point to update this when I get a chance. Good suggestions, guys! No one wants a lower rating! Doh!

Me, I hate this rating system...You cant give a skin a 5,7,or 9...most times I just dont rate anything.
Somehow you can still get a 1 tho...which would seem impossible if the lowest available rating is a 2.
If a skin isnt a 10 your next choice is an 8...what if it is a 9?
PLEASE,dump the rating system entirely or change it back.If we must have a system,dont allow rating til a skin has been downloaded...then MAYBE they actually used it.

Yes, that has been a problem, since day one.
Lots of rating being give that are by accident.....

I think the rating popdown should stay like it is...move the download button to the bottom....oh and could you make it green Red is a warning color(STOP!)Green means GO!

I had wondered on occasion if people had hit the wrong rating myself - I find the rating box always pops over the download box when I go to download everything. But if that happens and you hit the wrong rating - you can go back and rate it again correctly
