resizing skins

i need help resizing skins because im running on 1024x768 when all the best skins are made for 1280x1024 can anyone help maybe there is a program to do that plz help me

desktopx or windows blinds

I do not use DesktopX themes much so not sure how to resize but I know it can be done.
As for WindowBlinds, they are not made at a specific resolution so will work at your 1024x768 just as at my 1280x1024.

resizing DTX can be tedious and time consuming
