How do i install stuff from there?

I was browsing forums and saw bunch of links to deviantart to download some nice skins but...they are all pictures and word files how do i install it and add the skin? Do i need a special program for it?

It downloads as a .rar, use something like WinRar to extract it and you will probably get a folder with a .wba inside, doubleclick the .wba and it will add it to the Windowblinds skin list so that you can apply it.

If you have WindowBlinds installed just double click the .wba file and it will install.
