Submission in moderation?

When I usually submit something it goes through in about a minute but this time it went straight into moderation. What happened? By the way it's a wallpaper called Spiroid.WWW Link

Would this be the same issue then where I've submitted two entries to a gallery, they've been approved through moderation, (I've got the direct links to reach them), but they don't show up in the general gallery ?

UPDATE:
They're visible now. Seems that for whatever reason they were flagged as being visible on my personal page only, despite that option being un-checked when I uploaded them.

GAIAStevef.....if a wall is rated by aa moderater under 2 1/2 stars, it will only be uploaded to your personal gallery...
