Problem Setting Image Editor

Every time I try to set the image editor, I get this :
Unisntalled, cleared folders, no avail.

XP SP2. The error comes at start and when I try to set the image editor all ways. I think, any user-settings are not found.

I'm stumped then. Maybe one of the SD guys will spot this & have a suggestion. XPP SP2 here & no problems setting the image editor in SKS. Perhaps something else on your rig is conflicting somehow.

Tools/Preferences/Editing/Image Editors/Add?
At what step do you get that error message?
What OS are you running, Carl?
