Hi Andy, We'll get this straightened out tomorrow. Looks like its probably a logic bug between your nickname and site name.

Hello Andy,
We researched the issue and have come to find out it's an issue with your two usernames. Our records show that you had an older account, 'Andy02369', which you have cross referenced with the one you are currently using to log in, 'andy0369'.
Unfortunately, your Wincustomize Personal Site, 'andy0369.wincustomize.com' is associated with your older account, 'Andy02369' and not your newer account. When you go to http://users.wincustomize.com/andy0369 you are seeing just a profile page, as the site is behaving correctly because our records don't have a site associated with the andy0369 account. If you were to go to http://users.wincustomize.com/Andy02369 then you would see that you are correctly forwarded to http://andy0369.wincustomize.com.
While this all might see a bit confusing it boils down to the fact that you have a few options;
- You can start using the Andy02369 account again.
- We can adjust our records and associate your Wincustomize Personal Site with your new account, andy0369.
Please reply and let us know which option you would like to proceed with. I hope that offers an explanation as to why the behavior was different than what you expected to see.
