I need help downloading a WindowsBlind Skin....

Whenever I download any file, and open it, it keeps downloading the same thing over and over again... How to I get it to work? Do I need some sort of program?

It will expire in 60 days. If you like it, purchase it. Otherwise, you'll want to set Luna to be the default and uninstall.
