Issue with personal photo album

Sunday, January 14, 2007 by ama02 | Discussion: WinCustomize Site Issues

When I go to my personal photo album, and try to add/upload a picture, by clicking on Photo Management and then Add Photo, I get a strange window with duplicates of the page's header instead of the upload buttons/menu. Then my browser (IE7) goes through some sort of loop of trying to load something and then crashes or becomes unresponsive. Following is a screenshot of what I see.... anyone else getting something similar??

I had reported this as well. I think Zubaz forwarded it on to the websupport address.

Should be fixed now all. I'm not seeing any issues.

Not fixed here. When I click on add photos it just opens windows within windows within windows - it would go on forever if I didn't hit the stop button.

Seems to be working here (on a new XP build)

When you try to ADD photos with IE7 (at least on my comp) it does just what Fuzzy says to the point where I have to use Task mananger to kill IE7.

Fuzzy, Lantec - please check your email for a message from me.

I would suggest clearing your temp. internet files. We've tested the slop out of this thing on IE 6 and 7 and can't seem to reproduce the issues that you're seeing. It's possible that its related to your accounts somehow that I'm missing (which is what the emails were about) or that your computers are somehow holding onto a cached page.

E-mail received and replied to. My cache is emptied on exit, but I'll try running CCCleaner, manual delete etc and report back.

I'm here via my No2 pc which has never visited WC and I get the same effect. So, it's definitely at your end

Didn't help. I don't know if it means anything but I use the "Add photos" button in the Edit your photos page.

I just tried again, this time from my workplace computer using IE6. All cache and cookies cleared out prior...same problem from here. :/
