Help me please

Hi, I'm trying to download a WindowsBlind and when click to download it. I Save it to My desktop. From there, I try to open it it says i have to choose a program to open It. Am i doing some thing wrong? please help me.

If you check the section called "Gallery Description" near the top on the download page of which item you want to download you will have a link to the software required to load that item.
WindowBlinds is "shareware" so the "trial" version has a time limit on it.
