Applying Downloaded Skin

I just recently subscribed to this site and I'm having trouble applying the skins to my desktop. Well, the one that I'm trying to use is:

I have WindowBlinds downloaded and installed, but when I tried to open the file with WindowBlinds, it says "There appears to be no .uis file in this skin. Are you sure it is a WindowBlinds Skin?"
Can anyone help me with this, please?

i downloaded it as a .zip file first and extracted the file. when that didn't work, i downloaded the file by changing it to Eminence.wba before saving it but when i double-clicked the file, that message still pops up.
i've tried other skins and they work perfectly fine, i guess i just can't use the Eminence skin, what a shame...

That skin downloads properly as "Eminence.wba" ...so 'should' work just fine.
Sometimes a skin is a wba file included within a zip archive...with other stuff...but this one isn't like that at all.
Chances are your saving it as a 'zip' and renaming it has given it dual extensions...eg "Eminence.wba.zip"
Check that is not the case...

Browse to "c:\program files\stardock\object desktop\windowblinds\" and delete the 'Eminence' folder [if there]...then double click the 'Eminence.wba' file again [once certain it's named correctly]
Alternate location may be "c:\program files\stardock\windowblinds\" ...

once downloaded you should be able to double click it and it will self install via WB
what browser are you using to download?
generally, from what I've seen, the 'no uis' message usually means either it's actually a zip file or a bad download
