Open the swf in IE
Go to temp internet files and copy the swf somewhere
Create a DX object.
On the summary tab add the swf
Use the script (modified) above to load it up in an activeX browser control
Done

You and I have had this discussion before. I get turned around with the activeX stuff.
I have wanted to make a DXTheme, based on a series of Flash movies/cartoons. I ripped the flashes apart and made my own animations with the sound attached, basically using just small clips to assign to certain buttons. Problem was the files (Image files all png) were HUGE. I can edit the Flash to get the clips I want. I can even get them into an object. The problem occurs with scripting them to run on command and not automatically. I want them to behave like a regular scripted DX animation that you can toggle to animate or not.
