are language and graphic files. I do not see an ini file. I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Any suggestions.

C:\Program Files\Rainlendar\Skins (depending on where you installed Rainlendar to)
then right click your rainy or the tray icon and choose refresh & the skin should show up in the list
