As a special gift to our valued WinCustomize subscribers, Stardock presents the WinCustomize suite. This suite is available for free to all subscribers, and includes a WindowBlinds skin, icons, wallpaper and two cool gadgets.
We thank you for giving us your support this past year. 2007 plans to be full of WinCustomize goodness, starting off with our release of WinCustomize 2007 in January.

Can you add decent access? You know, like less than 2-3 minutes on average?
How about having subscribers ratings be counted? You know, like when there are only a few people who have downloaded "whatever"...and you have a subscriber vote........it actually counts?
That would be SO COOL!
Yes, I AM a subscriber. I'm also a Stardock customer. I'm also mocked daily on your website(s).
But hey, I would just dig it if I could access the site in a reasonable time. The whole voting thing would be nice too. I mean, I paid for it.
How many other WC subscribers have NEVER seen there vote get counted? I know, I know. I'm going to get ridiculed again. Well, so be it.
Customer service sucks. You don't give money to people spitting in your face. I plan to quit doing that myself. Unfortunately, I thought that this place was worth it. WRONG.
I wouldn't recommend a WC subscription to my worst enemy. Does anyone wonder why?
Keep your "freebies for subscribers". How about serving up a little respect?

Thanks a second time, but on Vista, the beautiful WC lizard logo start button disappears except when moused over (in other words once clicked the first time after loading the skin, it no longer appears on the taskbar, but flickers in and out when moused over). I have not had this problem with other skins using the latest WB build. Is there any way to fix this?

You're certainly welcome to leave, if you're not finding things up to your standards. I, for one, think that WinCustomize access time has improved alot in the last few months, and I know MY ratings are counted.
Kudos to Stardock for this great suite! I love those icons.

I just renewed my subscription but never received a serial number.(stated none was needed) Now when I log on I am still expired. How do I get this renewed?
