Installing Custom Icons

hey all i am new to this site. i downloaded a set of custom icons. the file is called surrealtotem.ip where in teh world do i put it? a simple explanation would be greatly appreciated. thanks.

i got the trial version of windowblinds. when the trial runs out will my custom stuff stay?

When the trial ends, it will no longer skin Windows. It will revert back to the XP theme.

is there any other way to skin windows without buying it? is there a free program?
