Icon coloring

i was trying to recolor this iconpackage called lena using icondeveloper and whenever i try at the end it gives me an error..anyone can help? it says out of memory

I really don't have an answer, I'd like to find one though. It worked great for me while others were having the same problem as you. Then a couple of weeks ago it did exactly what you are describing...nothing changed, no new builds installed. A few days ago I tried again, and it worked! Go figure.
