My best problems collection

I'm using Amora visual style theme and having some bad looks:
1.Start menu: not as the same as WindowsBlind. Checked others msstyle and they works just fine (or, at least not like this).
2.Left panel: just not as cool as advertisement. Nothing to say if it can't really work in visual style, I don't know.
and bonus problems:
3.Explorer: when view in "icons" mode, files step on each others. file by file.
4.VistaDrive(s): It's so cool (if I still want to use it). May be I did bad move when trying to uninstall it, and now I just can't change drive's icon anymore...
Please help me to fix these problems, so I can introduce my other ones to you next time

I don't know msstyles, just Windowblinds. Sorry, no help
