SunLife2 WB Skin Missing

First there was the problem of the SunLife2 skin not updating right, now the skin is COMPLETELY GONE for my skins and the web site. What the HELL is going on HERE???? I'm losing my faith with WC Would somebody(s) please fix the problems. It would be a shame to lose a subscriber because of these problems.

It is currently in the moderation queue when you submitted an update on 11/14.  Updates remove a skin from the public gallery until they are re-checked and approved.

The skin had already been posted last week. I had to submit 3x's before it was posted besides it's been now 10 days in moderation?

Zoomba I was under the impression from comments on the moderation queue that Stardock were aware of a problem in updating some skins. That is, the files/screenshots are not actually updating and the skin is being pushed into 'In processing'.

Moderators cannot rectify this problem, it is up to Stardock to resolve the issue. I'm aware you are all busy on other projects but this needs to be sorted asap.

Raymond....the first time I looked into the 'mod Q' aka 'private' section...it didn't even show....so I went hunting everywhere...and a specific search then revealed it as 'private'...so I rest the date and made it 'public' yet again.

Chances are that it is STILL the wrong preview...but at least it is visible.

There are 'only' a few specific uploads that this has happened to, and since it is infrequent it is difficult to replicate.

Coders' opinion is that the update issue won't recur with the WC2K7 site....so once that's online subsequent updates will be OK.

I'm crossing my fingers....as, as you know...we [me] have exhausted every other possibility/option....

I checked the "MY Skins" section and it does show with the right screenshot but the dl link is screwed even thought it shows that there have been over 2 hundred dl today so far. Am I the only one where the dl link doesn't work?
