Icons don't appear...

I wanted to change my icons so I downloaded a new set and I tried to change it but the icons won't appear.
First, I thought it was because of Avedesk so I closed avedesk but same thing happened... and I'm sure the file is for Iconpackager... the other sets I was able to use before are not able to be used now either....
What should I do?

well Im running Windows XP and I'm using the registered version of iconpackager and its version is 3.10

What version of IconPackager?
Trial or registered version of IP?
If trial, has the trial expired?
