Best Overall Visual Style Winners

This is it folks, the final event of the 2006 GUI Championships! Last week we announced the Best Overall Wallpaper and Icon Package winners, and today it's time for the Best Overall Visual Style. The finalists in this event were all outstanding skins that deserve a spot in anyone's WindowBlinds collection. I've been running several of them off and on for a good portion of the competition. On the line for this event is an XBox 360 premium console, and $375 in cash, plus the usual software bundle.
Outstanding efforts by all of our finalists, and a big round of applause to our gold medal winner, JJ Ying for his Azenis 2 Visual Style. It was a pretty big crowd favorite throughout the competiton.
Tomorrow, we will announce, the overall best skinner of the 2006 GUI Champs, and winner of the Alienware laptop, so be sure to check in again on Tuesday!

Personally I thought the best skin here was Fett by MikeB so im going to give him my honorable mention.
Glad to be part of the contest though and looking forward to GUIC 08 so dont get too comfy on top!

Big congrats to JJ Ying as Azenis was my absolute favorite! Enjoy your prizes n' stuff.
