How-To Logon Screen and Vista

Hey volks, ive got a big problem,
i just installed my new vista
and got it run so far...
but i only get the boot screen
changed...
when i try to start "LogonStudio"
it says:

LogonStudio is no more registered as Logon
screen Editor
Do you want to register it?
(If you choose no the program will exit)

but it doesn't matters what i do,
it will not start
by error:

Run-time error '75':
Path/File access errror

anyone solution?
