What's wrong with Theme Manger?

I'm trying to use Theme manager to apply the Alienware XenoMorph and it keeps getting messed up. The only thing that installs in the background and all the bars on top of my windows disappear. What the heck?
I also have WindowBlinds installed if that might be a problem. Also when I install any themes with WindowBlinds, they all work perfectly fine.
Anyone have any suggestions to why it might be doing this? Also this happens with any theme, including the ones that come with it.
