How to turn off the web page shiver on Halloween Desktop

I downloaded the free Halloween Desktop, and it is great, but whenever I browse a web page in Firefox, it jumps up & down - really annoying. I am using Firefox 2.0 beta. This does not happen in IE. Does anyone know how to turn it off?
