Cant load all icons together

Ok....
I have downloaded some pretty cool folder icons from wincustomize.
The problem is how do i set the downloaded icon to be the icon for all my folders.
Is their another way rather than idividually selecting all the folder properties rom my computer.
Basically i want to use that icon as my icon for all the folders on my pc.
