locking CTRL+ALT+DEL with password

i need to lock my ctrl+alt+del from beenig used.
i whant it to ask for a password

If you look under 'User Configuration\Administrative Templates', you could do the following:
- Enable "Remove and prevent access to the Shut Down command" under 'Start Menu and Taskbar' folder.
- Enable all options under 'System\Ctrl+Alt+Del Options' folder.
This would effectively remove all options when "Ctrl+Alt+Del" is pressed except the 'Cancel' button (which closes the Windows Security dialog box).
Note - this assumes you have the Welcome screen disabled forcing the Classic logon dialog.
