object dock - icons

I downloaded some nice icons to use for certain programs, WoW for example, but don't know where to unzip them to and how do i actually make the program open for a new icon?

is there a way to group icons of similar programs into a group that open up vertically (od on bottom of screen) so when you mouse over *dvd programs* it opens a list of multiple icons for various programs?

If you have OD+ you can create a tabbed dock and shape it vertically or horizontally.
I have a one tab dock that is one (small) icon wide but very tall that I use for my systray.

In OD you will open the Dock Entry Properties and click the change icon at the bottom.
Browse to you new icon and you are practically done.
