Can these features be set in SkinStudio?

Is there no way to set the following features with SkinStudio?
Height of pulldown menu bar.
Font size of icon captions.
Font size of items in directory trees.
Font size of Tool Tips.
Font size in Message box.
Possibly in the same vein, which of the Classic features settings are never reset when either XP or WB (or both) applies a skin?

Im pretty sure the menu dropdownsize can not be changed and if thinking correctly all the font sizes you mentioned are tied directly into whatever font you are using as your main font. ( Explorer font )

gardenerstouch: I believe that vStyler is correct, no single attributes are able to be modified.

Where do you adjust the "Explorer Font"?
