BootSkin problem

Hi,
I installed Bootskin and apply some skins and worked perfectly..
But when i restore the default skin and then uninstall the program the menu when i open my pc appears and tell me to choose the bootskin...Whatever i choose the default skin appears...But what i must do to get rid off this menu???
