Every time I've been the problem, Value Creation Failed at line 40, When I load .logonxp.
I founnd the reason. It's Windows Language Option.
After I select English in Control Panel - Regional and Language Option - Advance and Reboot, then All the work is good.
But, My Mother Tongue is not English.
Is there Any Solution?
