Need help with cursors

Ok so I found the perfect cursor to go with my skin, wich just happens to be the Alien Invador from alien ware. Just one problem i don't know hoow to install it so my original cursor becomes that. Can anyone help me on this?

You will need CursorXP to change your cursor. The cursor you want must be a cursorxp file to use it.

i notice that on devart on the section of CursorXp some users are asking that if it is possible to convert a cursorXp theme into a cursor file., you know, the normal white cursor display by windows system. the question is the same, it is possible to convert a .cursorxp into a .cursor file?
