How do i install the png. files???

Hello
I was trying to download the Alien 2006 Dockicons Pack https://www.wincustomize.com/Skins.aspx?LibID=29&view=1&sortby=4&sortdir=DESC&p=3&advanced=0 and was wondering what exactly are they used for and how to install them? I am new to the whole wincustomize thing. I have all the stardock products. I was wondering what directory to install and place in and how to install. Thanks for any help offered.

Then, to change an icon,
Right-click on the icon you want to change and select Dock Entry Properties.
Click on the Change Image button
Select the icon you want and click OK
