Taskbar resizer only showing bottom state,dosnt use top state.

Making a new WB,taskbar resizer dosnt change when I move the taskbar to the top.Any ideas whats wrong?

I could have sworn that was fixed in a recent build. Are you sure your WB is up to date? Maybe it was just fixed internally and not released in a build yet. At any rate, it's a WB problem and a known issue.

I have the latest full release,not prerelease.

I'm using the latest beta from the 21st, and it's working here now. Next time you update, you should be all set.
