I have my key for RC1 and I am working if the following programs will work on my soon to be installed copy of Windows Vista x64 Bit Edition RC1
-Windowblinds
-Objectdock
-IconX
-Skinstudio
-Multiplicity (Thinkdesk)
-DesktopX V3.0
-CursorXP V3.0
-IconPackager
-IconDeveloper

Multiplicity should work fine as we use it in Vista testing.
In general using the 64 bit version of Vista will result in worse app compatibility than 32 bit Vista.

64-bit Vista is currently IMO a disaster from a compatibility point of view with software in general.
I don't think CursorXP will work on X64 yet.
