Per application Settings

Is it possible to set up Window Blinds to automatically change a couple of the per application skins,say Firefox and Thunderbird,when you change the main WB skin.

Per application is used to ignore a program altogether, so not skinned, to disable certain sections from being skinned or to set a certain skin to be used for say Firefox. I am not really sure what it is you want to set to change on per app when change main WB skin. If you have FF and TB set to use a certain skin, as you stated per app skins, they will use that skin until you change it in per app, or delete per app setting so they will use main WB skin.
